How do I choose the correct jewellery size?
At Luna Jewels, all of our jewellery is unisex and adjustable, including rings and bracelets! This means you don’t have to worry about getting the perfect size, as each piece can be easily adjusted to fit comfortably.

Is your jewellery nickel-free?
Yes! All of our jewellery is nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it safe and comfortable for all skin types. We prioritize quality materials to ensure our pieces are both beautiful and gentle on the skin.
I don't want to enter my credit card details online, how can I order from you?
If you prefer not to enter your credit card details online, you can safely check out using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, just select your preferred payment option at checkout. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Our checkout is secured, encrypted, and protected by Stripe, ensuring that your payment details are safe. How long does the delivery take?
We offer several different shipping methods. Each shipping method has its own handling time and advantages, which you can compare at checkout. If you opt for our free shipping option, delivery times may range between 3 to 15 business days, with faster delivery to Italy (where we're based) and the United States. Shipping to other European countries and internationally may take longer.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you may receive an email confirming that the package has been shipped. In the email you will receive the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping company's website.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or the delivery, please contact the courier directly. It may take 1-4 days for the tracking information to appear. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not be updated but you will still receive your order. Contact us after the estimated delivery time.
